What’s Inside?
We had 4 kids across 3 decades: 1 in my 20's, 2 in my 30's and a happy little surprise baby when I turned 40. Before I started our morning wind up and evening wind down, the evenings felt cluttered (by actual clutter) and the mornings felt chaotic as each of my girls frantically made lunches, ate breakfast, got ready and tried to make it out the door on time.
The Morning and Evening Routines were not only necessary for my own sanity, now we are all able to leave the house feeling ready for what the day brings. Every item on the list prepares us for our days and sets us up for success.
Now these routines are part of our family’s automatic practice. When we started it, I had an actual list on the fridge that we checked off every morning and evening. Now, we’ve done it so many times, it happens almost accidentally.
Use this guide as a way to set your own family up for an easier start to the day.
